A civil engineer and owner of the construction company LVR Development, Timotheos brings extensive experience in property management and in maximising the potential of each property.
Theofilos Manologlou | Co-Founder
An IT graduate with 10 years of professional experience in property management, Theofilos combines his technical expertise with extensive industry knowledge to deliver modern, well-structured and reliable solutions for managing properties effectively and realising their potential.
Anna Tzanaki | Property Management & Operations Coordinator
Anna has extensive experience in property management and day-to-day operations. She is responsible for organising and coordinating tasks, liaising with partners and overseeing accounting activities.
Dimitris Melissaropoulos | Legal Adviser
Dimitris leads the company’s legal department, providing advice on all matters relating to its operations. He oversees the drafting and review of contracts, agreements with clients and partners, and legal procedures relating to properties.
